This is a self-paced tour with Garden Tour directional signs to help you find the gardens. Directions in this booklet start at either end of Main Street (Lawrenceville Highway or Lavista Road intersections).
Five residential gardens offering style, beauty and interest are open for your enjoyment. Our gardeners are happy to answer questions and share ideas and perhaps even a cutting or two. Our Garden Greeters will welcome you and direct you to begin your tour at each garden. Please sign the Guest Book at each garden and share your impressions of the tour with us.
The Children’s Garden at The Garden Enthusiast – Backyard Nature Station is located in the historic district of downtown Tucker. Created by The Garden Enthusiast owner, Linda Karr, you will find it to be a one-of-a-kind display that offers a little something for everyone.
The Master Gardener’s Tucker Butterfly Garden is located in front of historic Browning Courthouse,
ca. 1860, on the grounds of Tucker Recreation Center. The garden is open year-round to enjoy and learn about the life cycle of the butterfly. While you are there, enjoy the Tour of Tucker Trees which surround the property.
